WHO do y'all like best: DRE or SNOOP???

First of all, this ain't no "versus" thread coz there's no COMPARIN' those two... But I'm just wondering who people like the most (in general), DR.DRE or SNOOP, when EVERYTHING is taken into account, whether it's talent, influence, genius, personality, or whatever else... As far as me, basically, I'm on this very site because of DRE and everything that has anything to do with him (including Snoop, Xzibit, Em, Cube, Aftermath, production, new joints, u name it... ). I "killed" myself to get "2001" the day BEFORE it came out (Monday, November 15th of last year) and I wouldn't do that for any Snoop release. I didn't even cop Bones and the only posters I keep on my walls are 2Pac, DRE, Nas and Gangstarr. I guess I like DRE "better" coz I like real musicians in general. If I had any talent, I would definitely choose to be a PRODUCER instead of an MC/rapper. So, yeah, of course Snoop is my man but DR. DRE is the main reason why I got into Hip Hop like that, back when NWA first came out in 1988. Before, it was just LL, Run DMC, PE... but DRE really got me going... What about y'all?? Holla!

Yo, I trust everyone on this forum to be smarter than that and choose intelligence over beef and bullshit... We're all tired of that beef shit so I'm sure we can all discuss Hip Hop without fightin'... Hopefully, I'm right... We'll see... First beef I see, I'll just remove the thread...

you cant compare them but dre is the best producer abd snoops flow was or is incredible. sometimes its dre and sometimes snoop. i like snoops charisma, well i dont know him personally but he seems to be a cool ass person. so is dre. but dre started it all for those you mentioned, but i dont wanna take a side.

Anyway... I can't compare them because they are totally different... Dre is the best producer, Snoop used to be the best rapper and it looks like he is aiming for that again... who knows... I see good things from them... except I still don't trust all of Snoop's work..

what the fuck are you talking about?? dre's only production fally has been the aftermath and firm records ....and he didn't even produce half of them


every thing he produced/mix/excutive produced or all the above  on wasa CLASSIC bonified hip hop treasures

EVERYTHING that dr. dre's name on it on deathrow was CLASSIC

aftermath compo and the firm lp were his only downers and he didn't even fucking produce half of those!!!!


slim shady LP  and the marshall mathers LP ae considered modern classics and strokes of genius by cridicts in the music biz and i don't even have to mention 2001 cuz that's BANNANAS



snoop ain't coming even remotely close to ANY of dre's accomplishments unless he releases 10 doggystyle's....which he can't do without dre
