I would open an independent record store, a small restaurant, buy a couple of old apartment buildings to rent out to people, maybe start a clothing company. If i won the lottery i would just start a whole bunch of businesses like that. Other than that to live in i would just get either a nice 2 bedroom apartment or a small house. For vehicles i would get a car for my girlfriend to drive, and maybe a new car for me. Then if all my businesses do good i'll start buying mansions, fancy cars and all that and donate alot of money to charity maybe even start an organization.
