Dubcnn had the honor of speaking with a true pioneer and a legend in Hip-Hop this month. The D.O.C. [sat in the room next door to Dr. Dre who was going over Detox material] talked exclusively to dubcnn about what he has been up to in recent years, the eagerly anticipated "Detox" record and his role in the project, as well as him writing once again with Snoop Dogg for "Blue Carpet Treatment". We gauged The D.O.C.'s opinion on trying to please the mainstream as well as core fans, find out what is happening with his artists including Six-Two, movie plans and even discuss... another D.O.C. record executive produced by Dr. Dre once again? of course we'd like to speak to Dre, and I'm sure it will happen in future, but right now he's focused on the album, and he will not speak to a media outlet before he is 100% sure with the direction he's going in with detox.

Dre really keeps a shredder lol

D.O.C was more involved in Blue Carpet then just 'Imagine'

Detox by Summer, yew that will be one upcoming summer to remember just like the classic summer The G-Thang dropped.

I remember a while back D.O.C saying after Chronic 2001, Dre needs to be on some next shit. So far it sounds Dre's next lp is moving on from The Chronics.

Im glad Dre is wise enough to have D.O.C in the studio with him.

As for the movie, nah at the moment it's music we trust them guys.
Dont want the film of N.W.A being some sort of 'The Wash' type flick, allow that.

The Detox project is definetly under construction if D.O.C says it is.
