No..... Ms. Toi is a rapper... Toi is a singer... Latoya is a singer, they sound alike... that's why im confused. Listen to Everytime by Toi on  The Wash Soundtrack...  she sings, doesn't rap like MS TOI!

I'd expect to see Latoiya Williams on Truth's debut album along with Shaunta and maybe even Dre's back-up singers Barbara Wilson & Traci Nelson.  One tight soul album.
