Javii's Top Ten Films of 2006

It's really been an amazing year for movies. 

First, some honorable mentions...

-Pursuit of Happyness
-An Inconvenient Truth
-Blood Diamond
-Borat
-Inside Man
-The Descent
-Rocky Balboa
-Slither
-The Science of Sleep
-United 93
-Thank You For Smoking

There are two films that I haven't seen that look really promising, and those are Children of Men and Pan's Labyrinth.  I have a feeling those two can squeeze into the top ten.

Nice list...I'd add "Saw 3" and "Texas Chainsaw Masacare: The Beginning" somewhere in there.

I think Brick is from 2005 but otherwise good list there

I really cant wait to see Children of Man either..

I was wondering about that.  Although it was probably only shown in film festivals during 2005, it's theatrical release was in 2006.

the characters were good on the movie but there was not a real story to it.THe plot was dumb in my opinon.I like your list ive seen all those movies except Babal,The fountain and Appacalypto.I do agree with your top 2 tough.
