From the list you mentioned....

Bad Azz.....Now he is an artist who should be platinum.....Has one fo the dopest flows....Too good to be in underground/mid-card WC artist

Crooked I - Instead of talking about being a boss, needs to get his buzz back and drop an album

Jayo Felony - Boy this dude got screwed by Def Jam, and was never able to pick himself up....

Pretty much every artist from the I.E. Birdy, Boogy, Stank, Lunch, Diamonique etc...

I know the industry is hit and miss, but they too many dope artists that should be in Games position....

you're damn right jayo got fucked by def jam. to the rap industry he's a one hit wonder (whatcha gunna do went plat iirc) but damn he has skills on the mic

Tray Deee - He has so much talent but he couldn't get away from gangbanging and now he's in prison.

Crooked I - 10 years in the game and no album? Let's see, he decided not to sign with Aftermath to sign with a dying label filled with drama. He finally leaves death row and 3 years have passed and still no album, just a bunch of blah blah blah in interviews and bullshit mixtapes.

Sly Boogy - I'm still waiting for a real album. Judgement Day wasn't a real album in my eyes. Why he had Sway and Tech manage his career when they're 2 of the biggest rap snobs in the industry was a business move that made zero sense to me.

Ras Kass - Gets 3 dui's and goes to prison, then he made that embarassing video after his scuffle with game, and that mixtape he dropped is awful. Ras has tons of talent but he has made a lot of questionable moves that have kept him from having more success.

Definetely Jayo Felony, man this dude could have a super sick flow, like he has on "Got Beef" /w Tha Eastsidaz. He is one of the best rappers with the right beats. Then I think Roscoe should be more active, he should've dropped more than two records yet. Bad Azz is just wack in the last years. Kurupt was wack the last time, but it seems like h's comming back. And for me San Quinn is wasting his talent with these wack beats on his album except a few bangers.
