it has froze twice in a row while I was playing NBA2K7 which is mine w/out a single scratch on the disc.  FUCKIN LAME!  And I love the graphics and gameplay of the 360 its amazing but this is some bullshit.

At first I was playing all of my games with the system laid down and I was told that its better for the 360 to always have it stand up.  Well none of these problems started until I played games with the system standing up and one thing I have noticed is when you have the system stand up its hard to put the disc in perfectly cause the disc falls a little in the slot cause the 360 is stood up,  could I be the cause of these problems?

i doubt it. i've had freezing problems before and i have always kept the 360 laying down. where is your power brick located? is that shit getting good circulation?

xbox 360 premium w/ the hd dvd add on is the same price as the 60gb ps3 that already includes blu-ray...though im sure blu-ray will flop just like beta max did....you can't say its not worth the money if you're going to spend that much on a 360

i'm more of an xbox fan anyway so i'd rather have a 360...but its a little different for me because i won't be buying the hd dvd add on anytime soon

dude if you're upset with freezing DO NOT get a PS3, my cousin has one and it's a fuckin bitch.  And while playing PS3 at EB Games that shit froze as well, freezing is just something that comes along with a system, mine froze yesterday and i didn't get mad i just restarted the muthafucka.  There's so much data running through those discs that sometimes you're going to have that problem not matter how new or how expensive the system is.  I would recommend that you don't play games while your 360 is standing only because if that shit tips over.......your game is pretty much fucked after.
