Kokane or Butch Cassidy?

Butch Cassidy.  Tracks like "G'd Up" and "Lay Low" he brings a wise O.G. feeling to the track,  Kokane is too pretty.

Butch Cassidy is pretty tight. I haven't heard anything really wack from him yet.

But I've been down with Kokane for a while. And he can sometimes fuck a song up (not that often IMO)... but then again he can make a song alot better, "Ghetto Life", "Dollaz Drank & Dank", "Bring It On", "Buddah N Hennesey"... alot of others.

I've just been kinda dissapointed with Kokane lately. It seems like lately he's been letting his success get to his head and he thinks he's better than he really is. Especially after that wack shit I heard on the Bones soundtrack... at first I was excited about it, like "oh shit... a new solo Kokane song".. and then I heard it and he comes out sounding like the 7th member of D12. That aint coo'... he needs to stay with his George/Clinton P Funk style or atleast just do Kokane.

This is a tough question...Kokane is a tight rapper...Butch has that extremely laid back style.

I'd rather see a Kokane solo album cause it will be interesting and different.

I think I give Butch Cassidy the nod, especially after hearing his work on the new Warren album.  But Kokane is dope as hell, too.

Definitely Butch, I like him in every song.

Im tired of Koke's voice, his best performances are on Dollaz Drank & Dank And Hennesey N Buddah

i vote for Kokane, just for all the classic west coast shit he's done. he was too tight back in the day with Above The Law (all you young cats should check out ATL - Kalifornia for an example of the old kokane).
then when he signed to Street Institute he was still real dope. nowadays hes on too much shit and bites George Clinton too much, i liked him better when he was underground.

Butch is tight, a lot of times he comes with average sing song shit, but every now and then he'll do a melody that makes your spine tickle lol.

^^^ Yeah, Kokane was tight on that song... "Kalifornia", his verse on that song used to be on my signature.. "Wake up in the morning find a muthafuckin' bullet in my head... but it's Alllright".

He was on alot of Uncle Sam's Curse.... "Everything Will Be Alright" is tight too.
