Props, to me it looks like Busta just added himself to this and its not the lyrics from the og version.

Track should have been on Busta LP.

It's easy to say that Busta raps over a loop version of the instrumental because there is not the "orchestra" part that is present in the Dre's and Snoop's verses. Busta probably just added what he had written at the time of the big bang.
