03.Keep It G.A.N.G.S.T.A. (featuring Lil Mo & Xzibit)
04.I Pledge Allegiance (Intro)
05.I Pledge Allegiance (featuring Pharoahe Monch)
06.Your Woman Has Just Been Sighted (Ring The Alarm) (featuring Jermaine Dupri)
07.Your Wife (featuring Dr. Dre)

12.Ditty Dum Ditty Doo (featuring Snoop Dogg & Tha Eastsidaz)
13.Music & Me
14.I Got Love (Remix) (featuring Fabolous, B.R.E.T.T. & Kurupt)

Look @ the tracklisting, this new album looks like Nate is going commercial with all these 'pop' rappers featured.
Fabolus
Ludacris
Lil Mo
Jermaine Dupri
Man, I feel like Nate is sort of selling out with these folx.  You can't get more commercial than that.  I can't stand Lil Mo OR Jermaine Dupri...especially Fabolus.  God..."Keep It GANGSTA" wit Lil Mo & Xzibit!  Jeeez.  What do y'all think?  I'll still definatley cop this though the second it hits the racks.

I kinda agree with u but it should be a good record still... Depends on the PRODUCTION, not really the artists featured. I don't know how much time he spent with DRE, DAZ, WARREN G, BATTLECAT, DJ QUIK or SOOPAFLY to actually craft some REAL G-funk/Gangsta shit... We'll see... But if it's anything life his collabo with Fabolous or Ludacris, it's gonna be SAD...

I agree Nate is selling out, but at the same time I dont feel the term "selling out" is fair.  Nate put his heart and soul into a double disc that only sold 100,000 copies dispite Nate being a relative unknown.  However-the bottom line is the joint will be hot, and whether or not its popular to feel this way-I like JD, Fabolous, and the majority of the guest spots.

I thought Area Codes was tight, personally.

And JD is truly the worst rapper I've ever heard who actually is a professional.

he ain't sellin out...them rappers are just returning the favoour to nate since he helped them make some of the hottest songs of the year...if you notice, almost all of the people that feature on his cd, nate has featured on one of their songs which went on to be a single...it's just keepin it real with your boys, peace.

JD is responsible for a lot of bangers over the years.  Also-JD is more known for his production than rapping so I cant hate at all.  JD is a rarity as he has stayed relevant in hip hop for such a long time.  JD has been doing his thing and pushing units practically before you were even born, Owen.

Yeah. It's basically "You scratch my back, I'll scratch yours". About the only person he did a collabo with that isn't on Nate's record is E-40 (which would be tight, just check Nah Nah....). If that still doesn't make you happy, see it like this: he's not selling out, he's expanding his sound and fanbase ;D

please give the album a chance. from what i hear nate is trying to get "yesterday i cried" put on the album as a bonus cut or a last minute addition. it probably won't make it though as it was already getting pressed. i know some of the guest appearances include some commercial artists but dont let that deter you. this is a fun album, where as g funk 1 and 2 was deeply personal and often not much fun(although brillant). the production on music and me is very dope. and dont worry. even though the guest pop appearances dim how bright this album shines, fortunately those moments show up on only 2 or 3 tracks. nate's vocals are so good that it overshadows any weakness those tracks have.nate did not get much work in with dre, snoop, warren or dpg but there are enough tracks to quench your thirst. i hope everyone supports nate. he needs it if you want to keep hearing him in the future. peace.

Yeah, Don't Sweat On Nate, He Just Grew Up A Lil' Bit.  Almost Everybody, Given The Chance, Would Work With The Artists Nate Is.  I Would.  Besides, It's Not Like EVERY Song You Make Is For The Enjoyment Of All The Fans, And They All Gotta Be Stuff The Fans Want.  There Comes A Point Where J.D., Your Homie, Meets you Backstage And Says "Hey, You Wanna Do A Song?" And You Say SURE, WHY NOT.  Or Dr. Dre Says "Hey, I Just Did A Song With Fabulous, He's A Real Cool Cat" So You Do A Song With Fabulous Too.  A Lot Of This Music Peeps Just Do Cuz THEY Like It... Example: "Stacey Adams" On Last Meal Was Obviously Just Because Snoop And Tray Dee Etc. Like Stacey Adams, They Know It Wasn't The World's Greatest Song, But It Was Fun And A Trip To Do, So They Threw It On.

also,i am pissed about the pop appearances, but only because he didn't work with warren and daz on this album and no fucking 213 track...he could do a fucking britney spears track and it'd be fine by me if he had a 213 track and had daz involved in some production FUCKING SHIT....i'll buy it though just based on g-funk classics...peace-Tanjint

I just hope this album has those deep soulful Nate cuts like on this first album.  I don't know about this one.  I hope the pop ones like "Can't Deny It" aren't the only ones.
