so if suge hase or hade unreleased music from 2pac or any other artists why hasnt he put them out. i think it would sell theres a shit load of people out there that want to hear

Well I know Afeni has or had control over a bulk of 2pac material so Suge could not just release it without her consent. As for other artists I think we will be seeing these albums coming real soon.
