I just picked up some new movies tonight and figured I'd start a thread where everyone could post their new movies as well. We have a thread for albums so why not movies. Anyway, here's what I picked up.

Cool Hand Luke
The Illusionist
Pretty In Pink (Everything's Duckie Edition)

Last movie I bought was Raging Bull, but I do rent often.  I'll just list the movies I have rented recently in the past month...


- Scanners (still need to see it)
- Spider (still need to see it)
- Hard Candy
- A Scanner Darkly
- L'enfant (still need to see it)
- The Frighteners
- Little Fish
- Hellboy

Homicide DVD set. all 7 seasons. 122 episodes and extra movies/features/episodes, for about 135 hours worth.
its going to take forever. haha.

i rented little miss sunshine, marnie, and everything is illuminated (even though i saw it before but i wanted my freinds to see it) and from the library (freeee) i just rented ben hur, lolita and its a wonderful life. i havent seen ben hur yet, but the other 2 were dope as fuck, esp its a wonderful life. and speakin of cool hand luke i bought it on black friday and watched it the other day, very dope movie

Haven and Little Miss Sunshine

saw HAven in theatres, shit was dope.


not LMS tho i was supposed to watch it on campus but i forgot and i figure if its as good as everyone says then must be worth the buy.
