First off, the whole Ruthless vs. Death Row thing ended a decade ago. There is no beef between Dre'sta, Tha Dogg Pound, or Dre. It's over.

Second, he addressed some issues with Game because Game kept emailing him about how he deserves respect from all of the OGs. I don't think it was as much of a diss song as it was a song letting Game know his shit doesn't smell like roses. Dre'sta even said in the song that he is underground so he isn't doing it for because he is jealous. He was just giving Game something to think about.
