What's with the PM situation nowadays??

I see ppl having trouble PM'n MoSAV and I've had trouble PM'n some folks.  Used to be you were able to click on the screename and send a PM

i think its because people keep switching there names...cuz if you type in "MoSavThanLegit" you can PM me no problem..its weird

If you use quotes (" ") in your screenname it messes things up when someone tries to send you a pm because the system puts quotes around your entire username anyway. For some reason it can't work past the double quotes.
