Not 100% sure, but what i do know is it's based off the Godfather, i turned to watch the simpsons randomly a bit late and it was already on the part about micheal, fat tony's son wants to be a chef. Fat tony gets shot, goes hospital, Son tricks enemies and cooks for them but instead poisons them, fat tony is proud, lisa asked aren't you going to tell him it was an accident? Then cue godfather moment 'don't ask me about my business' with the music and all lol. Good episode, i'll search it.

O yeah, I remember that episode. It's called "The Mook, the Chef, the Wife and Her Homer" It was alright. It was great for a season 18 episode.

there's another one where moe is telling the story of the godfather to maggie, that one was good too. also they mock the scene where sonny beats up connie's husband in the street  a couple times throughout the series

Yeah, like in that South Park episode were Butters tries to think of an evil plan but everything he thinks of was already done by The Simpsons.
