Whatever happened to that mini-movie Kurupt did with Dre "Questions"

They made a music video for the Kuruption album called "Questions" with Dre.  It was an extremely dope video that got neglected when it came to video play (the industry started turning it's back on the West in 98).

Anyway, it was a mini-movie, whatever happened to it's release.  It never came out.

I am shocked that Dre did that for Kurupt. He doesn't do shit for nobody west of the Mississippi since 96.
I kept feeling like in the middle of the vid Dre was gonna leave to make Jadakiss a beat or something.

And for Bilal's album too, Dre did a bangin track with Jadakiss called "Fast Lane", that song is a 10, and the video had Dre droppin a verse; but the verse didn't appear on the album.  By the way, that Bilal album is one of my favorite non hip-hop albums.  Dre has another dope track on there called "Sally(?)".
