2pac bleed so we didn't have to bleed.  He did things that we wish we could of done, and alot of those things brought him success while others led to his death.  2pac is a martyr in my opinion, and his legend will grow as time goes by.  I'm not going to share with any of ya'll where I am on my 2pac project because your negetive comments only stall my motivation to finish it.  Just wanted to say that if ya'll really care about 2pac, and really want to know more about it, you need to read Micheal Eric Dysons book on him, "Holler If You Hear Me."

Your right about the meaning of a matyr.  2pac's cause was representing his people, and thug life etc.  Now, I'm not supporting Thug Life and I wish he maybe wouldn't have represented it so maybe he'd still be alive today.  But, he shot cops, in defense of his homies, he road for any crew he was down with, and always spoke his opinion no matter what trouble it would get him into.  Let me explain.  2pac was intelligent enough and a good enough actor that he could have just been an actor and said fuck all that other shit.  But instead he was the voice of an alienated generation.  He embodied all of our anger, love, emotion, intelligence, all in one.

i got all the makevli bootlegs as well as a few other bootlegs and pretty much every quality unreleased song sorted archived on my computer in mp3 so relax

i know all that shit and if pac died for thug life that makes him a pretty shitty martyr.... right before he died he denounced thug life and said it was wrong... unfortunately pac's potential was never realized and your degrading his name and his potential impact on the nation... he encouraged positivity NOT negativty and proclaiming him a martyr for thug life is nothing positive... bottom line even if what you say makes good sense which it doesnt, when you say radical shit you dont get anyone to listen to you besides radicals.... if you want to make pac a legend show him for what he is and developing hypotheses about what you think pac is does not do him justice.... he was what he was not what you want him to be because you spent a year praying to him and think you came to some great conclusion
