Word, when I start dieting I'll drop 5 pounds in the first week. It gets much less drastic after that, but that's weird that you didn't lose any weight. Just run your ass a couple miles. If you can't run, walk it. Just get your shit moving for about 30 mins and your metabolism should be firing nicely.
I went from 357 to 303 taking walks,while gossiping on the phone.........I got my favorite foods(vegtables,fruits)ate em all daytook my 8 months but I lost 54 pounds.......I am still too big for yall 2 see yet
