i like it, but theres room for improvement. some tracks are fire, the title track for instance. but Ras needs to stop tryna rap on some g-funk beats, its not him.

i wish he'd be happy with the respect he gets from true hip hoppers, and stop trying so hard to get those mega sales. that contradiction is what keeps fuckin up his albums.

but yea i still prefer the album to most of the other crap coming out this year.

True dat Loc, he's itching 4 mainstream recognition. I jus' finished reading the article about him in this months Source an' he said "Van gogh cut his ear off to give it to his bitch, because she wouldn't listen. I'm cutting off my ear and giving it to the world because the bitch won't listen, and the world is a bitch." I think we all pretty much know he deserves the recognition but he needs to jus' b himself. I've heard a couple o' cuts so far & i've honestly liked what i've heard but I don't think it's as lyrically impressive as "Soul On Ice". That "Goldyn Chyld" trk is mad heated though.

Personally I really liked 8 or 9 joints on the album. only one's i didnt like were Sex, Back It Up and One Night
