This really sucks. The bald spot on my scalp has grown like an inch and i comb my hair back to look at my hairline and that shit went up like half an inch. Should i just shave this shit off and keep it that way or enjoy what i got and let it continue to grow out? Never did i think this would happen to me at 20.

thats how i would do it... i wear one all the time anyway.. i have a slight receeding hair line, but not bad... my dad isnt bald so i figure i'll just be like him, he has a receeding hairline... not too bad...

All I can say is, don't go with a combover.  One of my friends from back in the day is balding like a motherfucker.  He grew his shit hella long and tried to make it look like his hairline was much lower than it actually was.  It looked fucking horrible and creepy.  Either accept it, get some propecia, or shave the shit.

Cool. I didn't know that rogaine shit worked better for younger people. I seem to be losing my hair fast since noticing it 2 weeks ago so i should use it quick. I have always had long hair so i don't wear hats that much but since noticing this i guess i'm going to have to start rockin em. I don't stress much at all either i'm always a laid back person. It might be balding only because i've always had really long hair since i was 12.

both sides of my family have baldness traits, both grandpa's and a lot of uncles, but my dad's hair is really healthy and think and my mom's too, it just skipped them and hit my bro's and me...

Thats actually true. You get it from your mothers side of the family if she had any relatives that were bald. It has something to do with what type of genes you got if i remember right. I remember learning about that in freshman science in high school.

i've recently noticed that one of the sides of the top of my head has thinner hair than the other, so i guess i'm gonna take up after my uncle. THat's a shame because i'm barely turning 21 and already this shit is starting. I'll have to shave it if i go bald
