I have a question

Man! I had a "stupid" day.  Check this out.  I went to my BMW shop to buy a warrenty for my car.  Although my car expired for maintenance service I could still purchase mechanic warrenty.  This lady happened to be an assistant service manager.  She offered me some options of what to buy: silver, gold, gold plus, or platinum package.
Gold plus offers everything from silver to gold plus.  Platinum package offers the same but also have an "exlusive" stuff.  When I read the pamplet, gold plus and platinum package looked the same and I asked her what's the difference.  She said there's extra stuff there. I asked again what are the extra stuff and she just repeatly said it was good.  SHe said she doesn't know what they are.  Gold plus and platinum were about 100 dollars different.  I asked one more time to tell what are the exclusive stuff and she said it's the best.  I don't get it. How the fuck can she even be an assistant manager when she doesn't know shit?

Also, when I went to subway I asked her to give me wheat breat, Turkey Breast with everything on it.  She instead gave me a white bread with turkey breast and nothing on it.  I told her what I wanted and she just took the stuff out and replaced the bread making my subway sandwich look like piece of shit.

What the fuck? Where's the customer service? Where are their intellegence?  Are they brain dead? I've been real patient with both of them.

It could be that they forget or they had lot of things in their mind.  It's all good..at times i mean.  When shit like this goes on...naw..that ain't good.  First of all, they'll lose business.  Second if they don't take their time to actually find out about the product to help customers or don't even bother to remake the food...that's bullshit.  Seriously.  We have a problem of stupid and lack of appreciation.

I went into Subway yesterday and had them toast my turkey sandwich.  Dude throws it in the oven and then proceeds to add all the bullshit to someone elses sandwich.  I'm on my cell phone not really paying attention, the dude finishes up the sandwich he's working on and he starts looking for mine, lol.  Then he's like "shit!" and opens up the oven.  Smoke billows out and my turkey sandwich is jet fucking black.  So he's pissed and shit and asks me why I didn't tell him my sandwich was done.  What the fuck?  If I wanted that responsibility I woulda made the motherfucker myself.  That's what the fuck I'm paying them for.
