It all depends on your definition of the word 'peace'. They're probably looking for a whole different kind of 'peace' than the 'freedom of behavior and belief' that the people in the west rate so highly.
And honestly, I don't think the poll leaves me any options to vote for. Muslim migration brought Islamic cultures to parts of the world where it doesn't belong. Now I don't think the Islamic culture is bad at all, but I don't think this is a good development. It causes friction when totally different cultures are melted down into one society. Muslims shouldn't want this, and western people shouldn't want this. It does nothing but making life harder. I say muslims are better off in muslim countries. Although anyone should be welcome anywhere in the world, this doesn't mean we should start mixing up cultures like crazy.
I think it is right to call the Islam a religion of peace, but I don't think muslims will find their peace in western countries. The world would be better off without so many muslims in western countries, but that's most definately NOT because they're enemies, as the poll suggests.
