J. Wells Arrested In Atlanta. Claims Harassment! Says "Fuck The Police"...

"Fuck the Police" said West Coast based Producer J. Wells to me as he was briefly explaining his arrest last night Atlanta, GA. He claims to have been harassed by Police while changing a tire on his car. Wells believes that this harassment was motivated by race and stated that he's considering legal action!

I am going to talk to him again shortly to get more details... but that was the basic info... I did leave out that he was in a Lexus, but not to be presumptuous it might have had something to do with a young black man being in a luxury car...

J. Wells was recently arrested in Atlanta on two charges of disorderly conduct and violation of city ordinance. The west coast producer was standing in front of his own house attempting to change two blown out tires on his car. Two police officers believed J. Wells was taking part in suspicious activity, and began to approach and question him. He explained to the officers that he was on his own property trying to change his own tires, and wasn't doing anything illegal. Police then asked for his driver's license, and upon returning identification, they also issued him a ticket. He did not understand the reason for the ticket, and had some words for the officers, which then resulted in his arrest. J. Wells is out on bail right now, and awaiting court date.

Dubcnn will keep you posted with further news from J. Wells, and look for studio footage to be on the front page next week.
