Yeah, we didnt play well but we went to anfield and took the points home.

7 more victories and that should be the league, long way to go though.

That sickened me.

I would say they have been lucky as fuck this season but Celtic have scored more late goals than this season so I'm just gonna

How that game finished: Liverpool 0 - 1 Man Utd ->

Kuyt is ok but doesn't score enough goals.

Its just his first season. It was the same thing when he just got to Feyenoord. If he gets the coonfidence and the time the goals will come.

I like Kuyt but I honestly think you got to have pace to be a good striker in the Premiership.  Dutch footy is slow, so is Italy and even Spain at times, thats why most players that flop in the premiership either have been or go on to be success abroad.  E.g, Sheva, Forlan, Kuyt.

Naturally quick players will always cause defenders in the premiership problems.  If you have the finishing to match then you will be a great striker.  For example Henry and even Andy Johnson for us is becoming one of the best strikers in the prem.  Players who lack finishing will still cause the defence problems if they have pace, such as Radzinski.

Kuyt, Crouch, Fowler, all have no pace.  They cant run at defenders.  They are easy to play against.

Good point. But whats Bellamy's excuse? IMO Bellamy is a shit finisher, should score a lot more than he does. 2 things that will always haunt me are because of Bellamy when he was with celtic, his debut against rangers one on one with the goalie, all he had 2 do was slot it under him, tried a little chip, goalie saves. We lost 2 - 0. Same agaionst MOtherwell wen we lost the league on last day, one on one, 2 make it 2 - 0 and wrap up the league. Tries a little flick, goalie saves and the rest as they say is history.

I dont know if Bent is necceserily the answer though, saviola maybe?

Bellamy is in the Radzinski category.  He can on occasion score some delightful goals but he doesnt do it often enough to warrant a 'hes a great finisher' title.

Saviola no, hes been here there and everywhere and hasnt really done much.  I could see him moving to an english team and being a Morientes type of player, all hype, no production.

Bent is proven in Division 1 and now the Premiership.  I have always wanted him for Everton, even when he was just starting out at Ipswich.  Hes strong, pacey, can win you a header, just an out and out Striker, that will get you goals.  Eto'o is a player if whom he came to the Prem would be a big star, just like Drogba is now, because Eto'o has all the qualities needed to be successful in the Premiership.

i think United´s gonna win the league with ease. the teams that end up winning their leagues are the ones that win games like this one.
