Other than the end part Nate really does not add anything new to the song. Like Medium L said Akon's voice fits the beat better but I like both versions.

Akon's version will automatically sound better cuz it was mixed properly..Nate's version sounds very rushed, not mixed down properly-IMO

But i prefer Nate's version cuz he did sum cool Ad-libs on the track, also sounds like he had a lot more liberty on the chors to add ad-libs-which Akon's version did't have...
plus the bridge he did was real Cool!!
If they can mix it properly before the shooting of the vidoe then it might just work..

But for a minute Nate sounds a little like Akon..lol..
