Who here owns a set of turntables

ok i'm going to buy some profesional turntables and i just want to know what all do i need (equipment and stuff like that besides the actual tables and mixer)

I gots turntables. Ru planning on scratching Jake? Cos if ya are, I don't know if you know but don't cop a set of belt drive decks, they are not suitable 4 scratching, cop a set of direct drive decks & if you can afford cop a scratch mixer. I bought a set so I got all I needed within that package.

yeah i wanna scratch and just let them play also ,thanks for the info cuz i was looking at 2 packages in a catelouge and one said spin master 2.0 and the other said scratchmaster 2.0 so now i know the difference thanks  :)


anyone else got any more advice before my mom charges 500 bucks to her credit card??


i got a thanksgiving dead line to figure out what i want for christmas and i wanna get all the equipment for dj'ing and scratching

Yo I got the Numark Battle Pack which is pretty good. (they are direct drive turntables)

i know that shit is xxxpensive but your best bet is to save up and get direct drive turntables cuz belts suck
i suggest u get technics they are about 450$ 4 one of em but itz worth it
