Okay computer wizes...how you play video clips and shit?

Weather it be music videos or movies, when I try to most of 'em on Windows media it says Error Downloading Codec.

The fuck?

I don't have nuthin' else to use, Real player won't play shitt.

Dunno if I'd call myself a computer "whiz" exactly, but when I used to use WMP and got codec errors, it was usually a problem that required re-installing the codec or reinstalling the player altogether.  I would have instances where video clips wouldn't play or where streaming audio files wouldn't play, etc.  Eventually, I just started using iTunes when I finally got my iPod (just this past December), and now I convert all my video files to MP4 so I can watch them with that instead.
