I was wondering from the people out there thats all about their hygienes. how often to you change your bed( sheets, cover , pillow covers), toothbrush, and towel?

i dont know. i live at my aunties house she handles all that, id say i get a new toothbrush every couple of months and my sheets feel clean every couple weeks

i shower twice a day apart from sat/sunday when i wake up ive gotta have a shower then i shower again after ive been to the gym  toothbrush ever 6 months bed sheet ever month towel i use once then it goes in the wash

LOL nah I was just wondering , so you use your towel only once a day you prolly do alot of laundry but thats a good i idea though

in my family we switch between members. The other day i exchange with my brother, and my mother exchange with my other brother, my father didn't want to switch with grandpa though, but he had no choice

I change my sheets, alomost on the daily. . Cuz my cats likes to sleep wit me and her hair get's all over and I can't sleep on that.
