Top 3 Hip Hop Mags?
« on: July 26, 2007, 04:24:10 PM »
I got a subscription to 3 mags of my choice..  I already got Scratch and XXL as two.   Possibly MurderDog or Source for the last one, undecided right now.

I like reading about true hip hop/hip hip production with good writers.

Is tehre any other good Mags for Beat making out there?

Help me out.

Is Vibe good?  It has lots of R&B and Pop writing too right?

Scratch used to be great, but it's really starting to suck.  Murderdog is ok...

XXL & The Source are complete fucking trash and aren't worth a penny.

The internet is all you need.

Nothing really. I find more valuable information, interviews, and features on the internet.

i rate xxl, but the source is still not anywhere near what it used to be.

The ramblings of benzino gave gone but the magazine is getting thinner and thinner and containing less and less interviews. For the first time in about 8 years i didnt pick it up last month.

Uk heads should get hip hop connection.

I read Hip Hop Connection UK over here. I feel that it's reviews and views are normally right.

Then i would go for XXL followed by Vibe. The Source is just filled with advertisements.
