Contrary to popular belief, this is NOT true. You're tellin' me Shaq wouldn't have averaged the same numbers as Wilt back in the day, the competition definitely wasn't as tough, that's why Wilt had those outrageous averages

there is no way in hell Wilt would be scoring 100 points in a game during this era. Its insane that Kobe even scored 81, and he prolly would have been an even better scorer had he played in Wilts era. Sorry, I just dont see how you can really compare the 2, and even if you do I still think Shaq is the better player.
Wilt easily
WILT> SHAQwouldve been my vote...the argument over competition is bullshit.. the NBA is at a low now days with competition.. since 00 its dropped horibly, yeah in the 90s shaq played some competivive b=ball
how are we going to end this when we let Dream/Russell stand for amost a week. I was going to vote Wilt.Justification.Shaq struggled against centers like Hakeem, he would have struggled against Kareem, and why is that, speed. Wilt was faster, had better foot work, and Shaq's D is average, were as Wilt's D was just amazing. Put Wilt in the 90's, his a top 3 center, second MAYBE to Hakeem and I'll spot you one more. But no one dominated the game like Wilt, no one. I used the justification to vote Russell over Hakeem, and no one had any problem with that. If Russell>Hakeem then, Wilt>Shaq. It's that simple. I wouldn't argue, Shaq is great, but Wilt IMO, is the GOAT of all centers.
LMAO at Jake ending this wayyy to early, what a joke! LMAO at anyone picking Shaq, what a fuckin disgrace.

The score woulda' stood at 11 to 10 right now if it was still open...
