Is this DJ Quik Promo CDS kinda rare?

so i bought this single ... it just arrived today. i didnt know there was a promo cds for this single
until i saw it on the net. i guess this is kinda rare ... isnt it?

I got that promo single too. I bought it 2 years ago on the net. I tought it was rare becuase there was a limited of buying! INstrumental is sick of hand in hand on 1.10 minute. you know what I mean I guess!
