MTV.Com is reporting that Erick's "Car accident" was possibly a suicide attempt of him jumping out a window.  Woah--go to www.mtv.com to read the article.

Yeah... I put up a topic about it earlier... I REALLY hope that it isnt true. He is such a great talent and he brings so many people happiness, its would be a shame for him to end his own life...

I hate to say this, but if this is true, I can see it happening.  If you think about it, in every article written about Erick, he usually complains that he is not or EPMD is not recognized the way he or the group should be.  I must admit, I even got tired of hearing him complaining all the time.  Despite his success as a producer, all his solo efforts have flopped.  EPMD's comeback album flopped.  He is a dope producer, but for some reason, people don't check for him.  I'm sure it must be fustrating to make dope music and to have all these fake ass producers (Puffy) come along and get all the attention. Check out the latest XXL article and you can hear the self doubt.  I wish him the very best.
