Who is this guy and how did he get a beat produced by Dre and Warren G?  Does he have any albums out or what?  This song is pretty god damn good too.

Yea its cool as hell... but I really don't know much about it him... he's been around though... I think he is cool with Warren... I think I remember reading that somewhere...

Phats has been around for awhile. If you listen to west coast underground shit you'll see his name on a ton of albums. He's also in Yukmouth's crew 'The Regime'. dope artist imo
