As far as I know it really is real. I´ve seen that some while ago and I even read that the host got fired because of that.

lol, I do that shit sometimes.  Somethin will strike me as hella funny and I can't get the thought outta my head.  Especially in an inappropriate situation.

Fuck it, I'll tell a little story (and yes, I felt guilty for laughing, but shit just struck me as mad funny for some reason)...

I was in a meeting the other day at work - there's like 10 of us in my boss' office and we're going through what we've all got pipelined for the upcoming week.  Well my Boss' office is on the ground floor of the building and there's like 8 giant windows so you can see everything going down out on the sidewalks & streets.  So anyway my boss is in the middle of this important speech about work right?  Well all of the sudden this dude that's hella crippled and retarded comes hauling ass by our building in his electric wheelchair and just staring in the windows as he's cruisin on by.  My boss is facing away from the window so he has no idea what is going on.  Me and like 3 other people saw this shit and I thought my fuckin head was gonna explode I was tryin to hold back from laughing so hard.  I was tryin to play it off like I was coughin and sneezin and shit but I wasn't doing a very good job.  Anyway it was funny as fuck, and when I think of the image of dude burnin fuckin rubber past our building it still fuckin cracks me up.

I'm from Belgium so allow me to clear this misunderstanding up: THIS IS TAKEN FROM A COMEDY SHOW.
The host is an actor/comedian called Tom Van Dyck and they simply did this sketch for a comic-relief programme (the clip is about 5 years old now).

You guys aren't the only ones though who thought that this was actually real. Jay Leno showed this video too in a recent talkshow of his, saying that "this video is real". That says a lot about the people who are responsible for his research actually. But anyways...funny to see how this video made it to Leno! :)
