I wouldn't recommened doing either to me but I'd say I'd prefer to get hit in the eye.

Definetly the eye.  You are less likely to break your eye socket than your nose.  If anyone here, like me has been socked in the nose you will know that it just takes everything out of you.  Blood fills your throat and eyes and everything.  Its horrible.

I have been punched in the side of the eye twice and nobody even noticed I had a bruise there.  But my nose is still fucked up.
