Ice Cube & 2Pac. whats the difference?

Difference....if Cube had died in 96, people woulda probably called him the best ever.

I still think Pac is better overall, and has had more influence image wise....but rap wise, Cube had a lot more of an impact. Cube "fell off" in some people's eyes after Pac's death, so not only did that give Pac the advantage of people comparin his music, which all came during or before his prime, to Cube's latter music which wasn't as dope or creative as it was during and before his prime....but people who didn't get into rap until 96 will all think Pac is better because that's all they heard about, and they weren't able to see Cube in his prime.

And fuck what ANYBODY thinks.....any real head in L.A. knows that in 95-96, Cube was still seen as being "King of the West" and had a stronger fanbase than 2Pac did when he died...that's just a fact.

Honestly, only difference is Pac rapped for the bitches way more. Cube can get emotional as fuck "what can i do?", 'dead homiez', 'a bird in the hand'  a grip more.

Pac was a bit more versatile. Cube's political rap's are a little better though, and he has just as much/more force and personality than Pac did.

Pac was coming from more of a revolutionary way of thinking, whereas Cube was just reppin the streets from the jump, but still taking on the government.

people are way too pac biased. I'll be the first cat to say that Pac has as much classic work as Cube but to say Pac is leagues beyond Cube is absolutely ridiculous. they are both Geminis. so is Biggie, The D.O.C., Andre3000 and Daz.
