Most of the time it's prolly whoever is working with Dre at the time.  Like on "Forgot About Dre" Em wrote the song.  On "Put It On Me" it was Knoc-turn'al.

I think that if you take one of the 'O's' out of 'Good' it's 'God', if you add a 'D' to 'Evil' it's the 'Devil'. I think some cool motherfucker sat down a long time ago and said 'let's figure out a way to control motherfuckers'.

Snoop rarely ghostwrites for Dre because he's not even a lyricist himself, most of the songs that were Snoop and Dre were written by someone else (Jay Z, Hittman, DOC)...Dre likes real lyricists to write his shit...I'm guessing Hittman, because it sorta' does sound like a Hittman verse...
