One Of Our Military Chiefs Today, Unfortunately Said That They Hadn't Ruled Out Using Nuclear Weapons When Asked About It.  However, Powell 2 Days Ago Said That "He Didn't No Where People Got That, Nuclear Weapons Had Never Been Discussed".
