We all know evaryone wents muncsles like me!!  So:

Ok guys! Everyone knows you need some secrat poshuns and sterids to get the muncles RIGHT???..........................RONG!!!! You also need some proteen and carbons too!!! They are what go inside yuor brain to tell the muncles to get bigger. The proteen tells the brain abuot the leg munsles, and the carbs tell the brain abuot the arm munscles!!!!

Here is some good idea for things to eat in the day for proteen and mabye carb!

-some bread (carbs)
-some apple (proteen)
-rasians (for the taste!)
-milk (more carb)
-peanut budder (even more carbs)
-egg (proteen from the baby chicken)

Now those are the balding block for any delishus treat!

NOW GUYS!!! Sometime you can eat a CHEAD MEAL once a week!!!!! This means it doesn't have to be some badybilder meals!!! You can choose from some junk food this time like a milkshake or some oatmeal!!!

Routeen

Hay this is the most importent part guys!

Now there are some three main munscle groups!!! The quads, the tricepts and the bicepts. I have fuond some great enxersises to give them some good work out!

Frist I do some jumping jacks....mabye 10 or 15 sense that gets my hard pumping and some blood going into the muscles on my quad and TRIES AND BIES!! Here is some DIEGREM to show you how!!! It has instruncshuns!!!



Then I do some 1 or 2 pushumps to make the munscles grow, and then I do some curls with the 5 lub dumballs at my school's enxersise room!!! These curls are for the arm munscles OF COURSE!!!!

If you do this roteen, by now you will be raelly tired! That is ok! It means the munscles are doing some GROW!!!! So to cool down we will do 5 more jumping jack and 1 more pushump.

Time to go home and sleep guys!!!

Sleeping

A person who is name "Dolee" in some other thrad remanded me how importent some sleep is! She is right guys! Yuo need at least some 8-10 HOUR of sleep EVERY WEEK!!!!

Make sure you don't sleep on yuor stomach becuase that will cut off some blood flow to yuor munscles!! Always sleep on your side, with yuor leg and arms pointing striahgt out so that the muscles can get some blood flow!
