THERE IS NOW WAY IN HELL THIS ALBUM DESERVES 5 MICS OR IS IT IN ANY WAY  A HIP HOP CLASSIC!

y'all should know that as long as jay-z and the source co-exist they are going to pamper jay-z with 1 mic higher ratings than he deserves

plus the source will forever overrate sorry albums and underrate good albums

i have to admit when i first got this album last wednesday i thought to myself  "hey this album is pretty good almost as good as Vol 1."  but never ever ever ever ever did i think this was a classic!

then after every time i played the album instead of feeling more at home with it and feeling it more i grew more and more tired of it.....this album gets old QUICK! (now tell yourself something does a classic album rot with age or grow sweeter with age?)

then i do my usual of disecting the lyrics and beats

they lyrics: ain't nothing special just look at every thing he's done after Vol 1 and it's all the same as that---plus he attempts on being emotional but it seems to me like he's just doing that out of his ass becuase he knows all his critics complain about his materialism so he attempts an emotional song...if this wasn't his intentions --hey my bad  jigga but the song still sounds forced and if not he made it so easy to see through this

beats: catchy -- :-/but  they get old quick, for example when we all heard h to the izzo EVERY one said "hey i like this" but after a while of hearing that song that beat got so old so fast...the beats on this album are sloppily mixed the drums and synths and samples are all mis-layered and mostly sound like something that one of his producers cooked up real quick and had him rap over it once from some rhyme he wrote in his car on the way to the studio...the only excusable beat is the eminem one and probably tracks 2 and 7 (take over and hovito i think) are the beats catchy  :) but do they lose they're appeal more and more after every listen YES

if you disagree with my review hey FINE, i never said this was the worst album of the year

it's about a 3.75-4 mic album

but no classic! if you think it is i'mma slap you and sit you in a room and make you listen to

It Takes a nation of millions
The Chronic
Aquemini
Midnight Mirauders
Death Certificate
Straight Out of Compton

all mother fucking day long to you appreciate what a TRUE classic is

jay-z and snoop's flows are completely different, jay-z is way better at wording he music and snoops vocabulary is very limited, peace.
