According to the booklet of "Rassassasination"  dre ddn't produce it, But some peeps claim he did. Nino Brown said because of "legal reasons" Stubby Doo had to be credited instead. What more do you guys Know about the origin of this song?

Dre produced it and Stu co-produced, or vica-versa but in the booklet, Dre isn't listed as the main producer. I always considered it to be a Dre beat regardless.

it's like when daz uses dre's beat on 'anybody killa', he sampled the beat dre produced so technically daz produced it....

dre produced that beat initially for the been there done that and stu-b-doo sampled the same beat in the vid and looped it for the rassassination track. they invited dre to do a verse over it.

its the same situation as when buddha produced bow down, he was part of aftermath production but they were all producers in their own right.

how do we know that the version on the video wasnt produced by stu b doo?
because its before been there done that which is a dre song? nah, dre couldve just been trying to give some shine to his own camp.

Dude, did Dre even really "create" that beat, or is it a sample/interpolation?  Regardless, i have always found Ghetto Fabolous to be a really weak song as far as Ras Kass goes.......Interview by a Vampire? Now THAT is some dope shit.

yeah, given that dre created the beat to been there done that i could only assume he created the beats on it....ALOT of shit gets miscredited/not credited at all so to say he didn't produce it cause he ain't mentioned in the ras booklet is a stretch to me

furthermore, the difference between a song like ghetto fabulous and a song like 'interview with a vampire' is the difference between music and poetry. two different kinds of art for two different situations, equally good imo though
