CAN THE WU BE ON TOP AGAIN?

I know it's a wesside site, but a) wutang forums are all boring and b)actually people on this forum have a wide range of tastes. So, can the Wu be on top again? They already got Digital Bullet, which gets nothing but love from the fans. If Ghost's Bulletproof Wallets, Rae's RAGU and Masta Killa's Mastapiece will do good too, the fans will be ready for a fourth Wu-Tang Clan album. Mayde a 2CD set even. What do yall think? Is this the time?

No they can't.

Simple reason is that even if there new group album turns out to be better than 36 chambers. No one will really care any more, other than the Wu fans. General hip hop fans are loving the whole party/commercial music as u can see from the charts.

Same With Bone if there next album tops E.Eternal no one but bone fans will care.

So to answer your question NO Wu can't get back to the top. (Other than in Wu fans eyes)

Mainstream/commercial music has & always will be on top regardless, I don't think that will effect them, I mean 36 Chambers didn't exactly make a big impact on the charts here in the Uk when it first hit.
& them "General" Hip-Hop fans are jus' wandwagon fans. They prolly didn't even know the Wu until "Gravel Pit" dropped.
I think they can regain that credit & recognition, it's jus' a matter of time & they need 2 take it back 2 the real shit like 36 Chambers.

There's absolutely no way that WuTang Clan albums can overcome Nelly JayZ etc. But at least I hope that they could gather their fanbase back together, and stay at least 2x platinum, bcuz they deserve. they got the capabilities to being one of the better groups out not neccesarily the best, but i don't see them getting anybetter than 36 chambers...it's not happening
