As far as I recall, this is the history of the 'bad blood' between them:

* Game has had a long-running feud with the Roc's Memphis Bleek.
* Many people believed the "I don't wear button up shirts and drive Maybachs" line from "Westside Story" was a shot at Jay. Game denied this.
* Likewise, many people thought Jay's "Dear Summer" and the numerous references to "the game" were shots at Game. Jay-Z denied this.
* Around the time Jay dropped "Dear Summer," Game incorporated Jay into his whole "(insert name) can suck...my...dick" chant that he does at concerts. This was caught on audio.
* When DA was about to drop, Game suggested Jay should push Kingdom Come back to avoid confrontation. Jay responded by saying he might push his album UP.

That's the whole back-and-forth as best as I remember. Still don't REALLY know why he dissed Jay though. I thought he had a no tolerance policy to dissing legends...

Doubt Hov will respond, but who knows? Stranger things have happened.

Game just wants some attention from Hov. Good or bad, and he is not officially responding to Game by name so it is almost like Game is baiting him by doing indirect songs to see where his head is at. Like the Maybach and button up line from Westside Story. He said that was meant for Ja Rule but Jay was in a button up and a Maybach Benz ( I am pretty sure it was a Maybach) in the Dirt Off Your Shoulders video. But it just so happened that Ja Rule was on a magazine in front of one also. I remember thinking that makes for a easy out.

i dont know much about it but fase 100 spoke on it a couple of times on his old forums, they basically saw petey bable outside a building and game asked him to get suge out, petey was a good little boy and did what he was told, and game asked fase "should we talk to him" fase simply replied and said he wasnt fucking with us when you werent signed so all were gonna hear is a load of bullshit" anyway fase was against the idea- but game went into to talk to him anyway, fase was obviously annoyed and this is the real reason why they split up that and fase moaning about not getting enough money. Later on that night they ran into each other on the beach (b.w.s and suge and whoever he was with) somthing caused an arguement which then led to a member of games posse shooting suge, fase never said who obviously. They've ran into each other a couple of times but only at industry parties,
