 I dont know.... If I was in pac's position... a dead rapper, I wouldn't mind my "Dear Mama" gettin paid off music I left behind... In fact, she's the only person I would want gettin' my money besides me. I wouldn't be mad at Daz either... but I'd be like "Break my mom off foo'! She gots to eat too.. she can't rap".

  And in Daz's position.... I dont think I'd mind giving some money to Afeni.. I mean, That's the dead homie'z momz... I'd be glad to help her out. As long as I get mines aint gettin robbed.. it's all good.

   I know you probably aint lookin at it in that way... and alot of people dont like Afeni (mainly because of how she puts out Pac's music, and she seems to be a lil greedy), but what is she supposed to do? She's just handling her business.

  BTW, you KNOW she's gonna get her cut right?... Daz is kinda big headed, but does he  really think he can just ignore her and she'll go away?... so either he and her make some sort of agreement or he starts gettin ready to go to court.

Yea I agree... always have too. I'm getting to the point where people who say "Afeni Is A Bitch" for doing stuff like this are stupid ignorant fools. That is her son, she raised pac, from childhood, before he was a superstar, she was his mother, when he was in diapers, she was his mother, think about that... thats a deep relationship only those two can handle... thats something we should all have with our mothers. Why do you think pac wrote "Dear Mama" ... he obviously loved her to death... and now she is doing what she can to do the best for her son and yet these fools call her a bitch for that... thats straight wrong... Well it's like she always says, she's jus' keeping his legacy alive, we don't have 2 buy it. I choose 2 buy it, even though i've heard/own some bootleg versions, because I also wanna keep his legacy alive.
But she has been goin about it the wrong way, with these remastered versions that don't even touch the originals. But like I said in the other post, she's kin & whatever she thinks is best 4 Pac's legacy goes.   Calling her a bitch is jus' plain disrespect

I never called her a bitch i said she is being a bitch about tha whole situation,  I should of worded that differently,  i jus think it is messed up that Daz cant release this cd,  2pac made these tracks for DAZ to use,  Daz is jus like afeni,  he's tryin to keep Pac's legacy alive an make a dollar at tha same time.  Maybe Afeni is in it more so to keep Pac's legacy alive than make a buck,  but tha way she is appearin to me durin this whole ordeal is that she is in it for tha money,  she proberly means good,  we dont know for sure,  I just think daz deserves to release this CD,  he is wrong for tryin to sell tha CD for so much but he is a hustla, that is what he does but I also think he is tryin to keep Pac's legacy alive to,  maybe he aint but I think tha lawsuit is wrong,  they should try a joint release so tha CD is more mainstream so Daz gets more money but that most likely wont happen an these tracks will never see that light of day in there oringinal form.

  She aint doing shit.... but that's 2pac's music. Where else would the money go? Why is it fair for Daz to take all of Pac's share.

   The thing is, when Tupac died... he made a choice, he chose for his momz to keep the money he left behind. That's what he wanted to do with his money when he wasn't there, he wanted to give it to hims momz... so let her have it, Tupac can't have it...

   Like I said, If I were to die... my mom would be the only person I would want collecting the money I left behind.... I dont know about all of you... but I'd worry about my mom having a roof over her head, and having food on her table.. wayyy before I worried about what Daz is eating.
