There used to be a club in L.A. that had femnale urinals.

Apparently (not like I'd ever saw em, but my wife did) it's a urinal, with a tube kinda thingy attached to catch the urine, and runs it into the urinal.

It didn't look very sanitary although they did give you a plastic sheet or some shit....
