Yeah the infamous 'Mass Transit' incident

The kid (Eric Kulas) said that he was a wrestler and that he was 19 etc but it turned out that he wasn't a qualified wrestler and that he was only 17 at the time.  He also allowed New Jack to cut him open but he had never been 'cut' before so New Jack seemingly went hard on him and cut him rather deep, burst 2 arteries in his forehead, with a surgeons scalpel and Kulas required around 50 stitches

New Jack was tried with assault and battery but was acquitted by the court, and found not liable in a civil court

On a side note Mass Transit (Eric Kulas) died in 2002 aged 22

New Jack was one crazy wrestler and its no surprise that Vince McMahon never took a chance on him for ECW or used him for the original 2 One Night Stand PPV's
