An idiot?  Anyone who has made as much money as he did can't be an idiot.  His music does suck for the most part, though.

But yeah, he's an idiot.  If he was so smart he would have known that Beats By The Pound was THE reason that his label was successful.  As soon as they left, the entire label unraveled and they became irrelevant.  If he was smart he would have never let them leave.

In this case, yes.  The dude was an entrepreneur, and made tens of millions of dollars, starting from nothing.  It would be a different story if he was born a millionaire, then a bank account translates to nothing.

Yeah, I do give him props for coming from nothing.  There has to be somewhat of a vision and drive there.  But No Limit's success was driven by their production team, not P's genius.
