This one is really annoying. About an hour and a half ago I let me neighbor use my computer to burn some cds. I guess she downloaded a bad mp3 or somethin cuz since she left I've been getting this pop-up from bestmanage.org

I ran my anti-virus like 8 times - it says my system is clean. Anyone know how I can get rid of this crap?
