Westside from David Banner is one big shoutout to the whole Westcoast, and that song came out on his 2005 album Certified. I think that's one of the few shout out-tracks to come at in the last few years.

You don't need shout outs these days, because all the albums dropping now got 20-50 guests.. they can shout their self out.
