L.A. Confidential had a dope roster, to bad they shut down (i think). Knoc even landed Timebomb a spot on the 2001 album, and Bomb dropped heat

Anybody know what happened to these dudes? Ain't heard Slip Capone since his 2 spots on the way i am album, and Bomb wasn't even on that album

those 3 tracks are all unreleased from caponey boy, which was to be his L.A. Confidential album, so not even the songs on the page are new...and the interview he has posted up is from 2002, i actually remember reading it on westcoast2k.net

this is interesting though from his page:

he soon joined forces with Knocturnal ,a protege of Dr. Dre, and Time Bomb,a fellow Hawthorne affiliate, to spearhead an independent West Coast lable called "L.A. Confidential".It was there he did recordings with Too Short and Jayo Felony and Dr. Dre ,while maintaining a close relationship with the Dog Pound. He was also on the Ludicris "Chicken And Beer"tour doin fourty states. This relationship would soon crumble do to creative differnces,ego trips,and industrial drama.While at L.A.C. Slip Capone recorded over 150 songs,before being shelled for reasons undisclosed.Some of those songs were and are leaked over the internet,swap meets,the streets,ect.This project was known as Slip Capone "Caponey Boy" the unreleased album and is truly like a Robert Jonson record in the fact that, technicaly it does't exist.He waited out his contract for four years as if his career was imprisoned.Back on the streets of Hawthorne and up to his old tricks,he used some of that time to utalize the connections he had developed over the years to put together a project in which he was in total control of.Once again do to creative differences Slip Capone was forced to flee the bad situation and persued his own lyrical destiny.Whith 5 unreleased albums and as a Triple platinum unreleased artist Slip Capone is in search of fortune,Fame,and a legitament shot at super stardome.He is still to this day unsigned and has many available and upcoming projects

so perhaps he still willing to try, just he's un-signed

Slip Capone, Techniec, Crooked I...sad to see 3 extremely talented guys not have an album out.

But from what I hear (from people affiliated with Slip), he's too involved with other shiet to focus on music. Hopefully he puts all that shiet behind him tho.
